How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Borednope Pest Control wants every homeowner to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You are welcome to write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Borednope Pest Control
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.
Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who often falls short of what we expect may be removed. Keep in mind that Borednope Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that oversees pest control in Georgia.
How to Send a Complaint
Email contact@borednope.garden and include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what you hope we can do
After You Write
We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, often within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened. That may include getting in touch with the provider. Afterward, we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Still Feel Unheard
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer the email and ask us to look again. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office, the attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
